1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TripleVees Fitness services, website, or facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Membership & Bookings
Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Session bookings must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged at the full session rate. All bookings are subject to trainer availability.
3. Payment & Cancellation
Memberships are billed monthly on the date of sign-up. Cancellations require 30 days written notice. No refunds are issued for partially used membership months. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days notice.
4. Health & Safety
Members must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations prior to commencing training. TripleVees Fitness is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to disclose such information. Members train at their own risk and are advised to consult a doctor before beginning any fitness programme.
5. Code of Conduct
All members must behave respectfully toward staff and fellow members. Harassment, intimidation, or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate membership termination without refund. Members are responsible for returning equipment and maintaining studio cleanliness.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and app — including training plans, nutritional guides, and branding — is the intellectual property of TripleVees Fitness. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
TripleVees Fitness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to any member shall not exceed the amount paid for membership in the preceding three months.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email with 14 days notice. Continued use of services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
